Mr. Ma is a highly experienced educator with over 19 years of professional teaching experience, including more than 16 years of teaching at SAGA. He is deeply trusted by both parents and students. Majoring in Mathematics and with a teaching license, Mr. Ma has demonstrated outstanding academic achievements. He attained a grade of 3A in the UK GCE A-Level examinations, including Mathematics and Further Mathematics, showing a solid mathematical foundation and steady academic experience.

Having taught at SAGA for many years, Mr. Ma has guided numerous successful students from prestigious international schools, including ISF, GSIS, CIS, HKIS, KCIS, QBS, as well as local schools such as St. Paul’s Co-educational College, among others. He is highly familiar with both international and local curricula, including the IB, A-Levels, and HKDSE. He can accurately identify students’ learning priorities and challenges and tailor teaching strategies based on their academic background and ability.

Mr. Ma’s teaching style emphasizes teacher–student interaction and real-life application. He is especially good at connecting abstract mathematical concepts with everyday examples and current affairs, making learning more accessible and engaging. He also integrates AI and ICT elements into his lessons, enhancing students’ logical thinking and problem-solving skills while encouraging them to explore broader possibilities in technology and mathematics.
